You have complete control over your data. SocialAI respects your privacy and provides tools to:

Export all your data in a portable format
Request deletion of specific data
Permanently delete your account and all associated data

Export Your Data

Download a complete copy of your data including account information, workspaces, posts, analytics, and settings in JSON format.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile and account information
All workspaces and their settings
Generated content and drafts
Scheduled posts and content calendar
Analytics and performance data
Connected social media accounts (OAuth tokens revoked)
Team members and collaboration data
Payment information and subscription history

Note: This action is irreversible. Posts already published to social media platforms will remain on those platforms and must be deleted directly from each platform.

Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Data Retention Policy

After you delete your account:

Your account is immediately deactivated and you can no longer log in
All personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for tax purposes)
Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
Backup copies are deleted during our regular backup rotation cycle (90 days maximum)
